MF-MD 多解调器
多解调器选件可以扩展MFLI/MFIA的以下功能:
增加3个解调器,使解调器总数达到 4 个

增加1 个外部参考PLL,使参考PLL总数达到 2 个
可以同时测量电流输入和电压输入,满足多种应用的需求。也可以从一个信号中同时提取最多 4 个任意频率(包括高次谐波)的数据。每个解调器输入和滤波器设置都可以完全独立地设置。
In combination with the MFLI instrument, these upgrades enable simultaneous measurement of the current input and the voltage inputs, as required for a number of applications. Moreover, data for up to 4 arbitrary frequencies – including higher harmonics – can be extracted from a signal at the same time. Each demodulator's input and filter settings can be set entirely independent.
In combination with the MF-IA option or the MFIA instrument, this option adds a second impedance measurement unit to the instrument and allows the user to probe their DUT at 2 frequencies simultaneously. Whenever measurements at multiple frequencies have to be done on a regular basis, this feature can help to simplify the setup and speed up measurements by up to a factor of 2.
