2RU High Power Boosters
2RU-N-PY30
MPB’s 2RU-PY30-Series High-Power Booster is designed to provide a cost-effective solution to increasing transmission system capacities.
With an operational output power range from 18 to 30 dBm, the 2RU-PY30 series boosters allow the user to provide for gradual capacity upgrades starting from as little as a single channel and progressing to full DWDM channel loading across the 1536 to 1568 nm band. The boosters feature a mid-stage Variable Optical Attenuator (VOA) to provide adjustable negative gain tilt pre-emphasis as the channel count increases and a Gain Flattening Filter (GFF) to ensure low gain ripple over the amplifiers’ operational band.

2RU Boosters
2RU-N-P21F, P24F, P26F, P30FThe 2RU-PxxF series high-power booster amplifiers are designed to provide a cost-effective solution to increasing transmission system capacities.
At their nominal gain, the boosters provide gain-flattened amplification over the full C-band (1530 to 1565 nm) in the case of the P21F and P24F and the extended C-band (1528 to 1569 nm) for the P26F and P30F.
With output power operating ranges up to 20 dB, the 2RU-PxxF boosters allow the user to provide for gradual capacity upgrades starting from as little as a single channel and progressing to full DWDM channel loading across the amplifiers’ operational bands.
