LSA IR-III Series
Laser Spectrum Analyzer
Unmatched measurement range and speed in the Mid-IR region – only with this device is measurement of pulsed Mid-IR lasers with repetition rates down to 10 Hz possible.
Linewidth Measurement
Our OSAs always include the linewidth option automatically. The linewidth can be determined through multiple calculation methods (please contact us for details), and we can accomodate a wide range of customer requests regarding the algorithms used.
External Trigger
The TTL option allows the user to synchronize their LSA with a pulsed laser. After receiving the pulse, the LSA executes a measurement (after a configurable time delay).
The TTL option guarantees synchronization between pulsed excitation and measurement. It provides low-noise, pollution-free signals when measuring pulsed signals with low duty cycles.
