Modular EDFA, 4-Channel, In-Line 16dBm Output
The Optilab Multi-Channel EDFA System is designed for various applications including telecom and test and measurement. Up to eight EDFAs are incorporated into a single unit to simplify operation and each EDFA can be independently controlled via the front panel control interface or Labview. The system can be built with either booster or in-line configured EDFAs, depending on user requirements. The system is constructed with environmentally sealed laser diodes to ensure long-term reliability and system conformance. The micro-controller based unit features a backlit LCD display and RS232 interface for remote operation.
