APMI-2.5G-M
Avalanche photodiode module with TIA with AGC, 2.5 GHz
This avalanche photodiode module is integrated with low noise TIA with auto gain control (AGC). It works in the spectral range 1260 -1620 nm at frequencies up to 2.5 GHz. It is equipped with an MM or SM fiber. Small size and weight allow for installing it on a PCB without additional mounting. Optical sensitivity -33 dBm.
APMI-2.5G-M-RM is the module with optical matching (space between a fiber and APD is filled with an index matched medium).
APMI-2.5G-M-R50 provides low back reflection (<-50 dB).
Applications: digital optical equipment.
